Each spring the burning question is: What will the new vintage be like? Well, at our traditional PFAFFL bottle.opening we want to give you an answer. We open the bottles of our actual vintage together with you for the first time. And the PFAFFL.Pfefferl will be in the focus of this weekend. Pfefferl is the name of the typical peppery spice you find in our Grüner Veltliners of the appellation Weinviertel DAC and Weinviertel DAC Reserve. A tour through our cellar completes this impressive weekend.

For the second time we invite you to our PFAFFL top.tasting. At this weekend, we concentrate on our top wines, which get more time to ripe and are botteled in summer. At the end of August we give them free for tasting and are quite keen on your opinion. To make this event completely top, we also show you our older wines to taste how big they can grow after a few years ripening in the bottle. But of course, you can taste our whole assortment, too. A commented tour totally settles you into our wines.

This is the PFAFFL advent.market together with the sheltered and handicapped workshop of our region. They offer their impressive works of art and we contribute our wines right with gift wraps and all you need.
