No, we do not produce any sweet wine, but there is one exemplar which is not like the rest of our assortment. It is lightly sweet. This phenomenon is due to its brilliant location where it grows. Our Riesling AM BERG prospers on a hilltop. This is already explained by the name, because “AM BERG” means “on the hill”. As you can imagine it is often very windy but sometimes it also gets really hot there. This is the reason why our wine gets sweet without any noble rot.

Whenever you enjoy our Riesling AM BERG – it tastes wonderfully! But you also have to be aware of flavourful explosions in your mouth. You will taste a glamorous play of sugar melon, passion fruit, honey and ripe apricot. This spectacle will enable you to other spheres. You may think that this is only self-praise. But it is not! It also has won “GOLD” at the Austrian Wine Challenge and the magazine “Selection” said that it is one of the top ten sweet wines in Austria.
